About Bill and Alice
We are Bakersfield residents, having lived here since 1960. Our time has been filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics. We have been licensed Realtors in Bakersfield for 20 years. Both of us specialize in foreclosures and short sales. Bill brings to the table his vast experience as a sales manager for 350 agents. Alice was mentor and trainer for new agents at this company. Current hobbies of ours include spending time with the family, traveling, sailing, sports cars and local sports activities.
We specialize in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the city of Bakersfield. We are great negotiators and keep current of all transactions.
